Staff set their own status in the HelloMe app. The page shows who’s free to talk, who’s up for a text, and who’s busy — updated the instant it changes.
One tap starts a call, a text thread, or a meet-up — with an arrow on each phone that guides the two of you to each other.
Calls and texts run through a masked HelloMe line. Visitors never see a staff member’s number, and staff never see theirs.
Everyone sets their own status, and nobody is shown as free unless they said so. Busy means busy.
Each location decides what the public sees: “Personal Banker”, or “Maya, Personal Banker”.
The door code changes every minute, so the page works for people who are actually there — not for anyone at home.
